Directions The cemetery is located on Silverstone Road 7/10 mile from old Hwy 421 behind the Sugar Grove Ham House. However, we will first meet at the Western Watauga Community Center. Ø From Boone, NC, take US Hwy 421 approximately 6 miles to Vilas. Ø Turn left on Hwy 321 and go approximately one mile. Ø Turn right onto old Hwy 421 and go about one mile to the Western Watauga Community Center. Ø Turn Left into the parking lot. Come in to register and relax. At the Western Watauga Community Center, there will be time for fellowship and facilities for changing into colonial uniforms and dress prior to the four mile drive to Silverstone Graveyard where Jeremiah Green is buried. Our plans are to be at the cemetery for our Commemorating Service at 3:00 pm. After a brief program, everyone is invited to return immediately to the Western Watauga Community Center for refreshments and fellowship.
